Explanation: previously, the earliest applications were confirmed for the tournament, but now the age of the application is not taken into account, the tournament selects applications randomly from the pool of all submitted. This increases the chances of new players to play in tournaments, prevents match-fixing and ensures the rotation of tournament participants.
